PRODUCT PICKUP & SHIPPING POLICY
Self Pickup (Sheung Wan uphill)
For fragile art pieces made of ceramic or glass materials, we suggest you to collect your order in person at our private art space by appointment. When you place your order online, please select “Pickup by Appointment” before checkout. Usually orders will be ready for pick up in 3 business days. Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and order number will be needed for pickup.
General condition for shipment
The delivery of the Artworks is made at the address provided on the order summary form, during the business hours and according to the procedures laid down by the carrier chosen upon ordering.
The buyer will be notified by email once the order is shipped out with the tracking information (tracking # and the name of the shipping carrier.) The Buyer must inform him/herself about the procedures and delivery schedules implemented by the various delivery services providers. Obligations regarding the delivery of the order, meaning respecting the given schedules, the quality of the packaging for the artwork, as well as the conformity of the later are the sole responsibility of the Buyer, uniQue ART shall in no case be held liable for failure to comply by the Buyer, who is entitled to lodge a complain against the delivery service provider.
Shipping & delivery schedule
For all local orders in Hong Kong, we will send out your order within 3 working days. Most orders will arrive 3-5 working days after shipment is completed. uniQue ART is not liable to any shipping delays, nor loss of any kind caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as unreachable recipients, invalid addresses, weather conditions that affect delivery, customs clearance delays and so on. In these situations, we will try our best to notify customers of the delay, and if possible, make new delivery/collection arrangements with an estimated delivery date.
Local shipping (Hong Kong) will be offered by S.F. Express and the delivery cost will be paid by the receiver.
Damaged or wrong item
All products are carefully checked for faults or damage and packed in perfect condition prior to shipment, especially for fragile items. Please check the packaging box and see if there are any signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. If there is any suspicious damage, please do not sign the customer receipt prepared by the courier.
The Buyer must, as soon as he/she receives the order, check the condition of the artwork. In the situation that there is damaged item(s), please report the damage to the shipping carrier IMMEDIATELY in order to start the claim filing process. The damage report must be made to uniQue ART within 24 HOURS of the delivery date. We are unable to take any responsibility for the damaged product if the damage report is made thereafter.
The entirety of your order will be held until the pre-order item is in stock and all the items can ship together in one package. If you would like your in-stock purchases to ship separately, ahead of your pre-order purchase, please either purchase the in-stock items through a separate order from your pre-order items, or contact us to request that the order be split and shipped separately.

We will reply to you individually with the shipping fee estimation. Please note that you may be additionally charged for local import duties and customs charges, and these are to be paid by the customer.
